Installation requirements

1, before installation of valve, should be carefully check valves conform whether type, specification and design;

2, according to the type of valve, and factory manual check can control the valve under the condition of the requirements of the application;

3, valve assembly, the rope should be tied to the flange connection of the body and bonnet, and not tied to the hand wheel or valve stem, in order to avoid damage to the valve stem and handwheel;

4, install valve in the horizontal pipe, valve rod should be vertical, do not allow the valve rod downward installation;

5, when installing the valve, which forced inconvenient in connection shall be adopted, in order to avoid because of the uneven, cause damage;

6, rising stem gate valves should not be installed in the ground wet place, lest stem rust.

Assembly requirements

Clean the parts must be kept sealed for installation.

Requirements for the installation process is as follows:

1, installation workshop must ensure clean, or clean up temporary area, for example with the new purchase of striped cloth or plastic film, etc., to prevent dust during the installation process has entered.

2, the assembly workers must be dressed in a clean, pure cotton overalls, head Dai Chun cotton padded cap, hair can't leakage, foot wear clean shoes, hand wear plastic gloves, skim.

3, erection tools must be clean before assembly to skim, ensure clean.
